Wow. I've been in a lot of Hotels but this has got to be one of the best. Beds- Very comfortable. Staff - Great. Breakfast- Complimentary and Delicious and staff serving are great too. Would definitely come back.

The staff was not all that welcoming. The room had a used towel in the bathroom but other areas seemed pretty clean. Super angry about the check-out experience. I was told the room would be one price (all tax and stuff included) and then I was told a different upon arrival, stating this is now the charge with everything all in. THEN upon checking-out they charged me even more! About $30 extra on top of the $20 extra the night before and when I inquired they gave barely any info and I saw the was a 15% gratuity fee charged that was never stated to me at anytime prior. I went back up and got the tip I left in the room for them since they already gifted themselves the money. Convenient location for the airport and many food options are close by (but so are other hotels). Security was sufficient. Would not stay there again but if you do: Does not offer a airport shuttle. Mention you dont want your room cleaned by the cleaning staff and get a $7(?) voucher for the hotel or restaurant.

Great place. Lots of character. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Front desk staff are always available and helpful.

Location is fantastic. The hotel is good, beds are very comfortable. The three stars goes towards lack of service, we had a schedule dinner with our tour company the service was very slow, no one asked throughout the whole dinner if we would like tea or coffee. When the main course was being served some tables finished there dinner and some had not been served yet. Food was good. The next morning they sat us, this was in the dining room didn't ask if we would like tea or coffee. We tried flagging someone down there staff members where standing waiting to clean tables, but no one was pouring coffee. Then when asked for second cup, never did get it. I left because need to leave on the bus. Also the daytime manager was just standing around didn't see that coffee pots should be circulated through our the room.

Grim looking place with even grimmer interior. Some reception staff surly. Everything is brown ..and they cater for noisy bus groups. On the positive side it was quiet other than for other guests and the restaurant was excellent. However breakfast was poor. Beds comfortable but small room.
