Had an issue with having tires put on my pickup truck (they couldnt get the tires off & they were rotated 3 days before)then less than a year later and not even 20 thousand km later the tires had to be taken off the truck , contacted the store , then corporate, then cooper tires. Had a call back from store owner asking me to bring my truck and tires in for pics and inspection a couple months ago and havent heard anything since?
Customer service could at times be called customer diservice.
Always so friendly and helpful, and the kid friendly carts are awesome!
Mediocre cramped store. Does not live up to CTC expectations in service, selection or convenience. Very disappointing experience.
